What you should know about us

We support many companies in upskilling their current workforce and training new talent by utilising our bespoke facilities. These include ten metre loading towers, Deep Excavation areas, simulated roads and 10,000 square metre plant zones.

All of our trainers hold nationally recognised teaching, assessing and advice and guidance qualifications and benefit from many years experience in industry. Our training can be customised to the needs of your businesses and delivered flexibly to suit your business priorities. All of our courses can be run over weekends to reduce down time and we can tailor our courses upon request.

Our management team and trainers all have many years' experience in the construction and utility sectors. This means that we understand the real problems that employees face and have set out to provide training to meet these needs and not just fit the standard text book. It is a goal of ours to simulate potentially dangerous environments in safe training zones.

Meeting Our Goals

  • Our excavation zones are complete with a range of cable and ducts installed at various depths to ensure your employees are trained to locate and avoid underground services with the goal of avoiding strikes.
  • As part of our Deep Excavation course your employees will learn how to excavate both Shafts and trenches. They will always participate in a live dig complete with underground cables to locate and avoid.
  • Whilst the standard training provider will provide only a typical straight road out of the streetwork code of practice for NRSWA training. We have in addition installed a simulated curved road on a gradient. This is far more representative of the type of road that utility employees will find themselves on and introduces a degree of difficulty.
