We will work with your apprentice to help them learn how to become an effective team leader. They will benefit from our bespoke construction and utility centers which will enable both theoretical and hands-on practical training. The training is perfect for upskilling existing staff or training new employee’s and you can be assured that we welcome apprentices from the full spectrum of academic abilities. They will be fully supported by our qualified, experienced civil engineering trainer assessors and will also benefit from our flexible training structure built around their individual needs.
